We walk the house with you, talk through the trade-offs in plain language, and put the plan, scope, and schedule in writing before any demolition starts. From design through construction you deal with the same two people — the ones responsible for the work.

Call us or send a note. We respond personally — usually the same or next business day — and ask a few questions about the space, your goals, and your timing.

Face-to-face consultation
Dave or Steve meets you at your home and walks the space with you. No scripted pitch: an honest discussion of what is possible and a realistic range of investment.

Planning and design
We develop layouts, selections, and details together so you can see the decisions before they are built. You are never asked to approve something you cannot picture.

Proposal and preparation
Scope, allowances, materials, and schedule in writing. Permits pulled, materials ordered, and a start date you can plan your life around.

Construction
A protected job site, one point of contact, and regular updates. Changes are discussed and priced before the work happens — never discovered at the end.

Final walkthrough

Steve leads design, planning, and client communication — the conversations that turn an idea into a buildable plan. Dave runs construction: crews, schedule, trades, and the quality of what actually gets installed.
